TEV, başarılı fakat maddi desteğe ihtiyacı olan, teknik ve endüstri meslek lisesi, üniversite, yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencilerine burs veriyor. Vakıf 2007-2008 öğretim yılında 7 bin 600 öğrenciye burs verecek.
